- Which areas of law do you specialise in?
- LegalHelp specialises in family law (divorce, custody, maintenance, parental authority), criminal law (suspicion, summons, penal order) and traffic law (fines, driving bans, damage and liability).
- When will I receive my answer?
- It depends on what you select in the form: standard means within a few business days (included). If you choose 24 hours, 4 hours or 2 hours, we aim for that timeframe after payment. You see the total before paying; after payment you can track status in My requests.
- It’s late (e.g. in the evening)—when will I get an answer?
- You can submit and pay at any time. The chosen timeframe (standard or faster) starts after payment. Faster options use fixed surcharges that are the same everywhere—on the form, pricing page, and checkout—so you know upfront, including outside office hours.
- Can I upload a document?
- Yes. With the "Have a document reviewed" form you can upload a file (PDF, Word or image, max. 10 MB).
- What if I don't have a document?
- Use the "Describe your situation" form. You describe your legal situation or question in your own words. Rate: €12.99.
- Is this the same as a lawyer?
- LegalHelp provides initial legal information and advice. For complex matters or court proceedings we recommend consulting a lawyer or legal aid.
- How can I find my requests?
- Go to My requests and enter the email address you used for your request.
